Local Governing Group

A two tier organizational structure has been adopted at TCOEs. It consists of a Governing Council for strategic planning and Local Governing Group (also known as Core Groups or Steering Committees at some TCOEs) for tackling local issues. The RITCOE Local Governing Group, under the chairmanship of the Director, IIT Madras, Chennai, is vested with the responsibility of managing and steering the affairs of the centre.
