Core Group
A two tier organizational structure has been adopted at TCOEs. It consists of a Governing Council for strategic planning and Project Steering Committee (also known as Core Groups or Steering Committees at some TCOEs) for tackling local issues. The TICET Project Steering Committee, under the chairmanship of the Director, IIT Bombay, Mumbai , is vested with the responsibility of managing and steering the affairs of the centre.
