Core Group

A two tier organizational structure has been adopted at TCOEs. It consists of a Governing Council for strategic planning and a Board (also known as Core Groups or Steering Committees at some TCOEs) for tackling local issues. The Board of IITCOE, under the chairmanship of the Director, IIMA, is vested with the responsibility of managing and steering the affairs of the centre.
