Core Group
A two tier organizational structure has been adopted at TCOEs. It consists of a Governing Council for strategic planning and autonomous Core Groups (also known as Boards or Steering Committee at some TCOEs) for tackling local issues. The AIIScCET Core Group, under the chairmanship of the Director, IISc Bangalore, is vested with the responsibility of managing and steering the affairs of the centre.
