Core Group

A two tier organizational structure has been adopted at TCOEs. It consists of a Governing Council for strategic planning and Steering Committee (also known as Boards or Core Groups at some TCOEs) for tackling local issues. The BITCOE Core Group, under the chairmanship of the Director, IIT Kanpur, is vested with the responsibility of managing and steering the affairs of the centre.
